Welcome to TondoMart: Tondo’s First Exclusive Marketplace.

By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor Responsibility
   Vendors are responsible for managing their store, products, and customer orders.
2. Accurate Information
   All information provided must be true and accurate.
3. Order Management
   Vendors must update order status properly:
   Processing → Shipped → Completed
4. Payments
   All transactions are processed online. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
   Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivery coordination.
6. Platform Service Fee
   A service fee may be applied to support platform operations, marketing, and customer acquisition.
7. Prohibited Activities
   Selling illegal, counterfeit, or misleading products is strictly prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution
   TondoMart reserves the right to intervene and make final decisions in unresolved disputes.
9. Account Approval
   Vendor accounts and selling privileges are subject to approval by TondoMart.
10. Policy Updates
    TondoMart reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
