E-commerce Sales Associate

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and driven E-commerce Sales Associate who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced online business environment. This role goes beyond managing listings — you will help improve product performance across platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in improving product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Support sales growth through promotions, product positioning, and basic strategies
• Observe customer behavior, competitors, and trends to identify opportunities
• Help improve conversion rates by suggesting enhancements to product pages
• Assist in testing new products and ideas based on market trends
• Support upselling, bundling, and cross-selling initiatives
• Monitor basic performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement
• Help explore and support expansion to other platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)
